I have experienced MANY transformations in my life’s journey. Being a client of life coaching for OVER a decade has been essential in my growth to BEcome the woman I am today. Confident, Magnificent, with a LOT of value to offer the world.
Through coaching I learned how to take risks and start my first business, White Rose Family Chiropractic while raising a young family.
The coaching space held me lovingly and powerfully as I processed the loss of my first husband, Josh, and encouraged me to intentionally move forward and discover love again.
It also created a space for me to discover my courage to sell my successful, financially healthy chiropractic business to my successor and begin anew as a life coach, creating a new business, ShatterBox Coaching.
Life coaching can be the MOST transformational space FOR you to BECOME the version of woman who trusts herself to say yes, and when to say no. To powerfully process ALL of her emotions and create the business she wants by owning the value that ONLY she can offer.

My message to you…
I want to INVITE you to your next best version. You tell me how you WANT to belief in yourself. But you get caught up in serving others. So you decide to say, “No” to yourself, again. No to your transformation.
You talk big. Then you stop. You think it’s too much and it scares the hell out of you.
And the world cries for you. I cry for you…many times…
When you say no to yourself. To your truth. The world misses out.
The answer isn’t to try harder. The answer is to trust yourself. The answer is to go within and choose to believe. To decide. To be self-full (more on this concept later).
Today, it stops. Because I love you. Because I KNOW you were made for more. I choose to stand up again and again to fight for you. For your truth. For your radiance.

So we don’t have to cry for another woman again that says no to herself. That chooses old antiquated thinking and societal rules over growing herself into her true MAGNIFICENT.
